All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for shipments not delivered due to an error in the information provided during the online purchase. If an item is returned due to a wrong address being entered, we will reship the item back to you once you have paid the new shipping cost to the revised shipping address.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes across Canada. We do not ship to U.S. P.O. boxes.
We accept returns as long as an RMA is issued within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise and the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return (certain conditions apply – please review our return policy).
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Seeing that we are unable to accept returns once the package has been opened, please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version BEFORE opening it. If the seal is still undamaged, you may return the item to us by requesting the return within 7 days from delivery. An exchange, credit, or refund will be issued (Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is a result of our error).

Returns must be initiated via email at email@example.com before shipping the item so that we can provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns without an RMA number will be refused.
All original parts and documentation must be included. Any return that is not received in perfect condition or received with missing parts/documentation, a determination will be made to either issue partial credit or to refuse the return. Returned items must be in a “new” condition with no visible signs of wear, open bottle(s), including, but not limited to, notable scents. Always put the return inside a cardboard shipping box, otherwise, the item will not be in new resalable condition and you will not receive full credit.
Return shipping is at your own expense. FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS.
We reserve the right to charge a non-refundable 15% restocking charge for any/all returned merchandise and/or canceled order even prior to shipping (excluding exchanges).
